During a Swedish Massage, I'll apply gentle pressure to your body, kneading and smoothly rubbing outer tissue layers. The long, even strokes of the massage promote total relaxation of your mind and body, easing the stress of everyday life as you lay on a warm massage table with gentle music in the semi-darkness of the room.

Deep Tissue Massage

Targeting deep layers of muscle and connective tissue, a Deep Tissue Massage centers on areas of pain or chronic muscle tension that can cause knots (caused by lactic acid) to form in the muscle. Increasing blood flow to these areas can relieve pain and, over time, eliminate discomfort.

Hot Stone Massage

Skillfully placed on trigger points on your body, the healing power of heat is transferred from smooth river bed stones to the deepest parts of your muscles to relax mind and body. Radiating heat from the smooth stones penetrates deep muscle tension. Combined with smooth massage strokes, you'll leave the enveloping warmth of the massage table with less pain, feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I am specially trained to relax Mom's body while she's carrying Baby and to take into consideration the timing of the massage.
